 Engineering, Service & Technical Department

This department serves as the technical backbone of the dealership, ensuring every vehicle—from brand-new units to luxury trade-ins—meets factory safety and quality standards before reaching a buyer.

  • Primary Function: Vehicle inspection, reconditioning, diagnostic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and pre-delivery preparation.

  • How They Operate:

    • Pre-Purchase & Intake Inspection: Perform multi-point mechanical, electrical, and structural inspections when vehicles arrive at the dealership.

    • Diagnostic Testing: Use specialized OBD-II scanners and computer diagnostics to check engine control units, transmission health, and electronic modules.

    • Reconditioning & Maintenance: Perform oil changes, brake servicing, suspension checks, fluids top-up, and replace worn mechanical parts.

    • Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Perform a final safety sign-off right before handover, verifying tire pressure, brake responsiveness, engine performance, and battery health.
